Leading the commercial strategy for one of Europe’s top-tier production companies, QUAD, and its 7 specialized entities spanning Luxury, Animation, and Food & Beverage. I oversaw client development across advertising agencies and directly with global and local brands.
Partnering closely with creative and production teams, I drove strategic projects from pitch to delivery — building long-term partnerships and driving sustainable growth.
Key achievements:
Generated over €7M in revenue in 2024 alone, through new client acquisition and expansion of key accounts.
Secured framework agreements with major international groups such as Orange, Pernod Ricard, L’Oréal, and Nestlé.
Spearheaded a Direct-to-Client strategy, strengthening brand relationships and reducing intermediary layers.
Innovation & Business Growth:
Launched a new music publishing entity, creating additional revenue streams by scoring original soundtracks for branded content.
Bridged the gap between cinema and advertising by leveraging the group’s fiction expertise. Through a curated approach to brand integration, we help advertisers craft emotionally compelling stories — far from traditional product placement.
